At Tenkadori, we are very particular about using fresh and safe ingredients so that you can rest assured when enjoying the quintessential yakitori and other chicken dishes that we serve.
While Tenkadori has 60 stores across Japan, our Subiaco store is the very first
overseas, and we make full use of local chicken and other Australian produce. We hope that you enjoy the culinary techniques and warm service that are unique to Tenkadori.

WHAT'S YAKITORI
Yakitori (grilled chicken) is bite-sized pieces of chicken meat skewered on a bamboo skewer and grilled, usually over charcoal.
Yakitori has been a popular gourmet dish in Japan for over 350 years.
This dish is rarely offered in restaurants selling skewers of barbeque chicken and as yakitori uses various parts of the chicken and other vegetables, and uses no oil in cooking, it is a very healthy dish.
